When employees ask about remuneration decisions, the answer from employers is often 'we benchmark our salaries against the industry'. This is usually true, but these data sets are almost always reserved for the employer and are rarely visible to the employee, making an equitable remuneration conservation more difficult...until SalaryTrac came along.

SalaryTrac came to be in late 2024, created by two financial services professionals with over 25 years combined experience in the sector, to make remuneration data visible to employees. Our aim is to better equip employees to have data driven, more equitable remuneration conversations with their employers. 

SalaryTrac gives employees access to remuneration data which can be filtered and compared at a granular level, empowering them to have informed conversations with employers and make informed decisions on career moves such as relocation, new qualifications or a change of industry.

At last employees have a tool to manage the remuneration aspect of their career.
